Hull beat the Isles of Scilly in the ranking of "must visit" locations by Time Out.Time Out released the list of the 15 top destinations, with Hull beating cities such as London, Manchester and Newcastle. The city was praised for its "picturesque Old Town plus lots of indie art galleries".
